Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our products, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
