Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs. Engage in friendly conversation and ask open-ended questions to learn about their project requirements.
  • Sales and Service: Process customer transactions efficiently and professionally, while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on JOANN products.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Management team with leading the store team, observing and coaching individuals, and performing operational duties such as opening and closing the store, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
