Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Liaison to join our team at Gunstock Mountain Resort. As a Guest Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Support: Assist guests with inquiries, resolve guest-related concerns, and provide information and support services at varying locations throughout the resort.
  • Queue Management: Manage queues and direct guests to their destination within the resort.
  • Escort and Direct: Escort or direct guests to their destination within the resort.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Customer Service Skills: Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in variable outdoor weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time.

Alternative Compensation: This is an alternatively paid position. Work for an agreed number of hours in exchange for a Winter Season Pass for yourself or a designated family member, winter seasonal lesson programs, camping stays, or other tickets options including summer adventures and winter lift tickets.
