Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Liaison at Gunstock Mountain Resort. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and support services to guests at various locations throughout the resort.
  • Greet guests, gather demographic information, manage queues, and escort or direct guests to their destination.
  • Demonstrate adherence to the Gunstock Values and model safe work behavior.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external guests and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work in variable outdoor weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time.
