Our application allows members to swiftly connect with licensed therapists who specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), which is recognized as the benchmark for OCD treatment.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Specialty Lead:

  • Facilitating individual clinical advisory sessions with therapists during their onboarding process, adhering to a structured curriculum focused on evidence-based treatments for various diagnostic categories, including:
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Depressive Disorders
  • Hoarding Disorders
  • Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) and Tic Disorders
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
  • Leading weekly consultation groups specific to disorders
  • Engaging in continuous training and collaboration with expert Specialty Treatment Consultants
  • Monitoring communication channels to address inquiries regarding specialty treatments
  • Participating in therapy sessions to assist with complex cases
  • Providing constructive feedback to therapists post-advisory meetings
  • Developing and refining the ongoing curriculum for the clinical advisory process
  • Participating in weekly team meetings focused on advising
  • Collaborating with therapists to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
  • Regularly meeting with the Director of Clinical Integrity to assess treatment outcomes and therapist progress
  • Contributing to promotional efforts for NOCD treatment through professional networking platforms

Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a therapist with NOCD
  • Proven clinical excellence as demonstrated by metrics and feedback
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Previous experience in clinical supervision or teaching is advantageous but not mandatory

Expectations for clinical hours will vary based on the training needs for each specialty condition, with potential for increased hours dedicated to leadership responsibilities as necessary. Independent Contractors are encouraged to apply, with the understanding that a transition to a Full-Time role may be required upon selection.
