Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at Advanced Clinical. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to ensure their flexible staffing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Lead, implement, and manage dedicated flexible sourcing initiatives specific to client needs.
  • Client Liaison: Act as primary liaison to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring client needs, expectations, and goals are met and exceeded.
  • Quality Oversight: Craft and implement program and quality oversight plans to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Staff Management: Oversee flexible staffing personnel across multiple functional areas, including recruitment, hiring, supervision, and termination.
  • Operational Reporting: Monitor client-specific operational reports and metrics to ensure unit goals are met.
  • Business Development: Partner with Business Development/Proposal Development/Marketing for client RFPs, capabilities presentations, and BID defenses.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Strategic Resourcing team and work with Advanced Clinical/Strategic Resourcing Leadership to support, develop, and implement new process initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or RN
  • Experience: Eight years' experience in Clinical Research and five plus years' experience managing Functional Service Model
  • Skills: Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment law, and regulations; advanced ability in evaluating candidate's skills and relevant experience as they relate to job requirements; excellent verbal and written communication skills
