Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide care for patients with a range of conditions, from minor injuries to critical illnesses in a Level II Trauma Center. Our dedicated team works collaboratively in high-pressure environments, always prioritizing patient welfare.

  • Conduct triage, assessments, and treatment for patients of varying ages.
  • Manage multiple cases while delivering comprehensive nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
  • Recognize life-threatening conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Utilize computerized documentation systems to monitor and communicate patient status.
  • Respond to changes in patient conditions effectively.
  • Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of NH or a compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • ACLS certification.
  • PALS certification within six months of hire.
  • TNCC certification within two years of hire.

This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination as per local, state, or federal regulations (unless an exemption is approved).
