Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver nursing care for a variety of cases, from minor injuries to critically ill patients in a Level II Trauma Center. Our dedicated team works collaboratively in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing patient care.
- Conduct triage, assessments, and treatment for patients across all age groups.
- Manage multiple cases concurrently while delivering comprehensive nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
- Recognize life-threatening conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Document and communicate patient status effectively using electronic health record systems.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of NH or valid compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within two years of hire.
This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is granted).
