Job Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver nursing care for a range of cases, from minor injuries to critically ill patients in a Level II Trauma Center. Our dynamic team collaborates effectively in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing patient care.
- You will assess, triage, and treat patients across all age groups.
- This role requires managing multiple cases concurrently while delivering general nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
- You will be skilled in identifying life-threatening conditions and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions using computerized systems will be essential.
- You will recognize and respond to changes in patient health status.
- Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of NH or valid compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification within six months of hire.
- TNCC certification within two years of hire.
This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19 as per local, state, and federal regulations (unless an exemption is approved).
