Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver nursing care for a range of cases, from minor injuries to critically ill patients in a Level II Trauma Center. Our dedicated team collaborates effectively in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing patient care.

  • Conduct triage, assessment, and treatment for patients of all ages.
  • Manage multiple cases concurrently while providing comprehensive nursing care.
  • Recognize life-threatening conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Document and communicate patient conditions using electronic health record systems.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient health status.
  • Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current RN license in the State of NH or valid compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within two years of hire.

This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, unless an exemption is approved.
