Position Overview
The Vice President of Revenue Enablement and Performance Analytics will spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive enablement initiatives aimed at maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our global Revenue and Field Operations teams. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing various initiatives related to Revenue Enablement, Sales Strategy, and Sales Development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance talent retention, go-to-market execution, sales analytics, and compensation planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a strategic vision for the Revenue Enablement function that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and implement revenue strategies that facilitate business expansion.
- Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance operational processes and boost sales productivity.
- Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Enablement team, offering coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to elevate enablement capabilities, including knowledge management, onboarding, ongoing training, and playbook development.
- Evaluate and support continuous improvements to our sales strategy, encompassing sales methodologies, processes, customer journey mapping, market analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee sales development initiatives to enhance lead generation, qualification, and account team development.
- Establish and maintain performance analytics for revenue enablement initiatives, including KPI definitions, operational reporting, and performance insights.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to secure support for enablement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in rapidly growing SaaS organizations, with a proven track record of advancing Revenue Enablement teams and analytics capabilities.
- Experience in scaling organizations from $50M to $200M+.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and Finance teams is advantageous.
