**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Equinox. As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for selling club memberships and ancillary business packages, prospecting new business and clients, and hosting events and workshops to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell club memberships and ancillary business packages
  • Prospect new business and clients
  • Host events and workshops to generate leads
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals
  • Conduct pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach, to secure member referrals
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
  • Have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Personal passion for health and fitness
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work the last 4 days of each month
