We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Procurement Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our procurement activities, including products, research, services, maintenance, and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with procurement transactions such as purchase orders, subcontract modifications, change orders, preparing Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), procurement compliance reviews, and other procurement transactions.
- Support the implementation of the Procurement sourcing tool and other duties as assigned.
- Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student majoring or minoring in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Interpersonal Skills, Excellent verbal and written communications; results-oriented, self-motivated, independent decision-making, and problem-solving, and outstanding prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Remote work arrangement.
- $21 per hour salary.
