Software Architect for Cutting-Edge Medical Devices

Rider Solution is at the forefront of turning advanced medical research into impactful products in collaboration with leading Boston-area hospitals. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, MA.
Job SummaryThis is a hands-on role that involves designing, implementing, and verifying software for cutting-edge medical projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, particularly in medical or safety-critical products.
Key ResponsibilitiesMain Duties:
- Design and construct a GUI architecture for innovative medical robotics devices.
- Develop WxWidgets Front End screen layouts in XRC.
- Analyze, plan, design, implement, and verify software for novel medical robotic devices.
- Generate comprehensive documentation following quality procedures and industry best practices.
- Create and execute unit and integration test plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior software engineering roles.
- Prior experience in developing medical or safety-critical products is essential.
- Proficiency in C++ and other modern programming languages.
$73 per hour (Contract)
