Clinical Director – Intensive Behavioral Health Short-Stay Residential

Denver, Colorado

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Director to lead our Intensive Behavioral Health Short-Stay Residential program. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staff development and management, quality of care, interdepartmental staff training and oversight for clinical interventions, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with policies and organizations' regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain protocols for clinical staff and clients.
  • Ensure staff and client retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner with HR in hiring top candidates.
  • Provide weekly individual supervision for all assigned clinical staff and document every event.
  • Audit clinical and relevant staff to ensure assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, EMR data, and other documentation.
  • Maintain direct knowledge of staff performance, attendance, and issues and intervene promptly to remediate deficits.

Clinical Director Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • 3 plus years of clinical leadership in a clinical director role experienced in a treatment facility working with mental health, trauma, and/or substance use challenges.
  • Master's Degree.
  • EMR experience.
