Job Summary:

As a Clinical Care Coordinator at FCC Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality client care. Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, you will assist with the coordination of daily activities for our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners. This position requires a licensed LPN with psychiatric/behavioral health and healthcare technology experience. Key responsibilities include performing vitals, screenings, and medication management, as well as maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vital signs and screenings as requested by our prescribers
Assist with medication management, including refill requests and lab results
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with our team, including prescribers, nurses, and other staff members

Requirements:

Licensed LPN with psychiatric/behavioral health and healthcare technology experience
Ability to perform basic nursing assessments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
