Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, manage production team, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate production team members, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, such as AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success in production management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide production team members. Proficiency in process improvement tools, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S.
