Production Supervisor

This Production Lead role is responsible for overseeing production lines and ensuring that the team follows all proper and safe product assembly procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to provide clear instructions to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assembly line to ensure team is following all proper and safe product assembly procedures.
- Supervise production assembly work and provide guidance to encourage efficiency and best practices.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed for safe food handling.
- Assist team in assembly of product in proper containers.
Work Environment:
This role is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically the packing and warehousing areas. The work requires standing most of the workday and movement in and out of storerooms, near heavy machinery and freezers. Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment is also expected. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Must complete all Whitsons and government required training as necessary.

Position sometimes requires extended hours including evenings and/or weekends, travel to multiple work sites and occasional out-of-state travel.
