Senior Global Program Management Director

About the RoleThis position leads a team of Global Program & Project Managers for DX projects in specific areas such as Functional Units (R&D, Tech, CSPV, QA), Business Units, and Corporate Functions. They are responsible for ensuring consistent and effective management of approved Global and Regional IT projects and optimized PM resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Program and Project Delivery: Assign Program Managers (PgM) and Project Managers (PM) to global and regional programs and projects.
- Vendor Management: Identify, develop, and oversee relationships with 3rd party services providers to source external Project Management resources to augment existing employees and meet increasing project demands.
- Program Management: Guide Program Managers to design and charter programs to efficiently plan, execute, and manage a group of interdependent projects to realize overall program benefits in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Communication: Ensure that assigned PMs provide timely and accurate reporting and articulation of the strategic value of programs and projects to stakeholders across levels including DXLT members.

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree in computer science, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or its equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in global program and project management.
- Extensive experience in managing complex projects and portfolios in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience in aligning projects with organizational strategies and objectives.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on location and experience.
