About the Role

This position leads a team of Global Program & Project Managers for DX projects in specific areas such as Functional Units (R&D, Tech, CSPV, QA), Business Units, and Corporate Functions. They are responsible for ensuring consistent and effective management of approved Global and Regional IT projects and optimized PM resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and Project Delivery: Assign Program Managers (PgM) and Project Managers (PM) to global and regional programs and projects.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, develop, and oversee relationships with 3rd party services providers to source external Project Management resources to augment existing employees and meet increasing project demands.
  • Program Management: Guide Program Managers to design and charter programs to efficiently plan, execute, and manage a group of interdependent projects to realize overall program benefits in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Communication: Ensure that assigned PMs provide timely and accurate reporting and articulation of the strategic value of programs and projects to stakeholders across levels including DXLT members.
Qualifications and Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree in computer science, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or its equivalent preferred.
Experience and Skills
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in global program and project management.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects and portfolios in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in aligning projects with organizational strategies and objectives.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on location and experience.
