Customer Experience Manager

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Captains As a Captain, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every Guest has a positive and welcoming experience. You will act as an initial point of contact for matters concerning safety and security in all areas of the facility, including the front door, Viewpoints, Midway, bar areas, kitchen, back of house areas, dining areas, private event rooms, and restrooms.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional Guest experiences
* Act as an ambassador to the building
* Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
* Keep immediate supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters of significance
* Provide timely and accurate service
* Manage wait times and communicate information as needed

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated salary range of $7.25 - $9.5 per hour. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, vision, 401K, and free games as part of our benefits package. We value our team members' well-being and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to read and write in English, and be at least 18 years old. You should also be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with hot and cold temperatures, and be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
