Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
