  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
  • Engage with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to fulfill project specifications.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary modifications to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
