Job Summary

The Director, Finance is a key member of the Breakthru Beverage Group leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the accounting and finance teams, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and other business improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software and systems, including ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Competencies
  • People management responsibility for pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning.
  • Conceptual thinking to understand complex financial issues and their implications.
