Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex projects across various markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on construction and design-build methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects or large-scale projects across various markets
  • Lead project teams, including hiring subcontractors and working with vendors
  • Track inventory of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Stay up-to-date with regulations, permits, and project management methodologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on construction and design-build
  • Technical literacy and ability to work with various software and tools
  • Motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
