About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Field Sales organization at Workday. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and revenue through strategic account planning, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment and drive sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities. You should have experience negotiating deals with C-level executives and staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts.

As a successful Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and be able to leverage and partner with internal team members on account strategies.
