Key Responsibilities- Process incoming information in accordance with established procedures.
- Enter data into our RIM software to populate records and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare documents for storage, including indexing, sorting, and packaging.
- Scan hardcopy files to electronic images and perform quality control functions.
- Maintain accurate records and respond to customer requests for retrievals, accessions, and destruction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products.
- Two years of experience in a data entry or imaging environment (an asset).
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
- Ability to handle lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling carts or boxes.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
