Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming information in accordance with established procedures.
  • Enter data into our RIM software to populate records and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare documents for storage, including indexing, sorting, and packaging.
  • Scan hardcopy files to electronic images and perform quality control functions.
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to customer requests for retrievals, accessions, and destruction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products.
  • Two years of experience in a data entry or imaging environment (an asset).
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
  • Ability to handle lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling carts or boxes.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
