MCT, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team.
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7am to 4pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
Position Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and routine upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness across all areas of the building, including exterior spaces.
- Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Notify the supervisor regarding low supply levels and equipment needs.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
- Engage in departmental meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in janitorial services, including vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens/bathrooms.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with minor building repairs.
- Knowledge of landscaping.
- Training in safety protocols.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- May be required to operate a company vehicle.
Tools and Equipment:
- Use of vacuums, brooms, mops, carpet cleaning machines, landscaping tools, step ladders, repair tools, painting supplies, and occasional use of office equipment.
