Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Meat Service Associate to join our team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a Meat Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized meat department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers, answering questions and providing recommendations on meat products.
  • Help customers select the right cut of meat for their needs, and assist with preparation methods.
  • Receive and unload meat deliveries, verifying quantities and storing products safely.
  • Stock shelves and cases with new items, rotating stock to ensure freshness and cleanliness.
  • Update displays and customer-facing areas to showcase new items and promotions.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and store goals.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Complete a pre-employment background check.
