Job Title: Environmental Services District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services District Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing leadership and support to staff.

About the Role:
  • Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and federal/state requirements.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff to ensure Environmental Services and laundry quality standards are met.
  • Conduct weekly building tours with Account Manager to assess work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes.
  • Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records.
  • Communicate effectively with building Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG staff.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and address equipment/cleaning product needs and or malfunctions in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
  • Specialized training in Housekeeping and Laundry equipment operation is desirable.
  • Must be able to complete regulatory compliance courses and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
  • Capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Successful P&L and budgetary management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of growing accounts.
  • Must submit to a Motor Vehicle Check and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
