Job Overview

The DMS Regional Sales Representative is a key role within our organization, responsible for selling a full DMS application to customers across the United States. This includes territory development, prospecting, sales cycle management, and engaging with customers to understand their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed sales projections and provide valuable feedback for future strategic changes.
  • Engage with prospects through the sales cycle to exceed sales goals by developing a thorough understanding of our services and solutions.
  • Accurately document all opportunities, status, and updates in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, OEM reps, and industry partners to achieve sales initiatives.
  • Manage sales with organizations by identifying and driving opportunities through the qualification process to the eventual sale.
  • Build and leverage brand awareness and the company value proposition within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively develop a large, diverse sales territory with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through/follow-up.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach who can work independently to achieve results.
  • Engaged listener able to determine customer needs and present the appropriate DMS product and/or service solutions.
  • Superior influencing skills to present strong value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic and consultative selling.
  • Ability to use the latest technology to engage with prospects and customers.

Deliverables:

  • New Customer/Partner Count.
  • Revenue per New Customer.
  • Customer Satisfaction.

This role offers a base salary of approximately $50,000 annually plus commission (with the potential to earn up to $100,000+ OTE) and quarterly incentives. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays, and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
