  • Responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing 3R machinery, shredding systems, and related equipment at client sites.
  • Enhances relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Completes essential documentation, including service reports, timesheets, and expense reports.
  • Accountable for the tools, equipment, and office supplies allocated to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, and training on equipment.
  • Adhere to service standards and comply with quality protocols.
  • Prepare technical service documentation and maintain precise records.
  • Conduct assembly tasks and routine maintenance on the service vehicle.
  • Manage tools, parts inventory, and facilitate technical communication.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics, as well as skills in welding, rigging, and utilizing measuring instruments.
  • Able to fit and assemble mechanical components and undergo job-specific training.
  • Complies with quality systems and follows safe working practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel frequently and maintain communication via cell phone.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
