Job Summary
Rotating Machinery Svcs, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team in facilitating marketing processes across all business locations. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, schedules, and budgets, managing customer portals, creating marketing materials, and supervising trade show appearances. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement event plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Manage customer portal accounts to ensure accurate documentation and timely provision of information
Communicate event progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize event delays
Supervise RMS trade show appearances to ensure a professional appearance that meets budget requirements
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Develop and maintain relationships with local and remote event vendors and negotiate preferred pricing
Create marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, social media posts using Adobe products
Manage the ordering and inventory of promotional items and RMS branded clothing

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
Strong organizational and management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain event plans, schedules, budgets, and other related materials
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Experience with social media marketing and designing engaging content

Work Environment
Office environment on a regular basis
Ability to work in a shop or field service environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts
Ability to lift 30 pounds
