Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ReeceNichols Real Estate. This role is responsible for performing daily branch office operations, processing listing and sales contracts, and maintaining client databases.
The ideal candidate will have three years of clerical or administrative experience and strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products. A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required, with secondary education preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and review listing and sales contracts
- Maintain files and ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all paperwork
- Perform daily branch office operations, including maintaining office appearance and distributing mail
- Assist training new office personnel and provide work direction as needed
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
