Clinical Support Specialist

Annual Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000

Job Overview:

The Clinical Support Specialist is an integral part of our pharmacy team, responsible for providing clinical support services to customers and healthcare professionals. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues related to prescription processing and Blink Health products.
  2. Prescription Verification: Verify prescription details, including dosages, medication types, and patient information, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Pharmacists and the Customer Experience team to resolve open orders and provide seamless support to customers.
  4. Knowledge Development: Stay up-to-date on Blink Health products, services, and company policies to provide informed support to customers and internal teams.
  5. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical support role or related field.
  • PTCB or NHA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software.
