Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, contribute to business and marketing plans, and play a key role in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, turning prospects into loyal clients.
Ideal Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail or counter sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and view computer screens for long periods.
