KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating is upheld as per the standards set by the service management team.
Oversee the complete customer service journey from the initial service interaction until the vehicle is returned to the client.
Coordinate service appointments and prepare cost estimates.
Guide clients on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
Clearly communicate the expected timelines for repairs and maintenance services.
Provide updates to customers through follow-up calls or emails regarding any modifications to the service estimate or vehicle pickup schedule.
Accurately document any alterations in repair and maintenance on the service order as per established protocols.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, contributing to a long-term clientele base.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
Preferred: Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
Trade school education and training are advantageous.
A minimum of six months to one year of experience in the automotive sector or a related field is required.
Comprehensive understanding of contemporary vehicle technologies.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-driven and enthusiastic team player.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Consistent and reliable work history.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional demeanor and work ethic.
