Job Title: Intake and Assessment Supervisor

At ABHS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intake and Assessment Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative functions of our licensed Intake and Assessment Clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Supervision of Clinicians: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to our Intake and Assessment Clinicians, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Facilitate and Document Clinical Supervision: Lead weekly clinical meetings, facilitate individual and group clinical supervision, and document all supervision sessions.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to our clinical team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Direct Care to Clients: Provide direct care to clients, including 2-4 psychotherapy sessions or Intake Assessments per week, and provide emergency back-up coverage for Intake Clinicians.
  • Administration: Oversee the administrative functions of the Intake and Assessment Clinicians, including scheduling, capacity, and referral to services.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree and Full Licensure in state of practice, Supervisor credentialed at time of hire or within 1 year of offer acceptance.
  • 1+ years' experience at a supervisory level working in a Mental Health Treatment Facility or training in lieu of.
