We are currently seeking a Field Automation Specialist to join our team at our US Headquarters. This role involves working with robotic automation in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and train on ATS Automation equipment
  • Develop and implement applications for robotic lab equipment
  • Research and analyze new technologies for lab automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Travel when required (50%-75%)
  • Prepare technical reports and best practice protocols
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience with liquid handling equipment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and laboratory procedures
Work Environment:
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Visual and hearing acuity required
  • Comfortable in office and manufacturing floor environments
  • Adherence to safety protocols and PPE
