Job Overview

TFO Wealth Partners is on the lookout for a Wealth Management Associate. This role will report directly to a Wealth Management Strategist.

POSITION SUMMARY: A Wealth Management Associate thrives in collaborating with seasoned Wealth Strategists and Relationship Managers to prepare essential meeting materials, devise effective financial strategies, and address a diverse array of client inquiries, all aimed at empowering High Net Worth families to enhance their financial acumen and unity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A strong desire to learn and grow as a financial professional
  • Alignment with the firm's Core Values, Focus, and Vision
  • A commitment to supporting Wealth Management Strategists and Advisors on their client teams
  • Technical skills development as a Wealth Management Associate
  • Assisting Lead and Relationship Managers as required
  • Understanding and aiding with NAST and Coordinator functions
  • Analysis and recommendations for new prospects
  • Facilitating new client onboarding and implementation
  • Portfolio management and trading
  • Financial and goals-based planning
  • Preparation and follow-up for existing client meetings
  • Client service situations and solutions
  • Utilizing TDC technology platforms to enhance client experience
  • Consistently documenting information in our systems
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
  • Strong critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to be mentored by Wealth Management Advisors or Strategists

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required
  • Understanding of investment principles, TFO investment philosophy, and financial planning tools
  • Series 65 or equivalent/IAR must be obtained within one year of starting the position
  • Ability to assess a prospect's current investment holdings and asset allocation
  • Basic skills in portfolio administration, including trading
  • Strong communication and computer skills, with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to pursue ongoing industry education
