Requirements
  • Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
  • Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading 5S and Lean initiatives in a manufacturing or operational environment, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, process management, or operations management, or similar field of study.
Work Environment

The work environment is a combination of office and plant environments. The noise level in the office work environment is consistent with normal office noise levels. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
