- Quality Improvement: Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our care meets the highest standards.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, participants, and families to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an RN degree.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of clinical experience, preferably in either SNF, hospital or ambulatory setting. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: A high level of autonomy is required for clinical and management decisions. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Able to work within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) setting.
