Pediatric Registered Nurse - Clinical Operations RN

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse - Clinical Operations RN to join our team. As a member of our Clinical Operations Department, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care activities and working collaboratively with our care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, collect patient history and vital signs, and conduct screening tests as needed.
  • Provide necessary medical information at the time of visit and demonstrate thorough, concise, and timely documentation in the patient's medical record.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize nursing care effectively, perform appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician, and accurately forecast and administer pediatric immunizations.
  • Demonstrate EHR efficiency and knowledge, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of principles, practices, standards, and techniques in accordance with COPA's mission, strategic plan, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon with a valid Oregon Driver's License.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records systems, Epic preferred, and MS Office, with bilingual skills in Spanish and English a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and support the practice's philosophy and values.
