- Clinical Oversight: Monitor and evaluate patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Bed Management: Oversee bed allocation and utilization, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing delays in patient care.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Experience: 5-7 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience, with a focus on clinical operations and patient flow management
- Certifications: Current RN license in Indiana, CPR certification, and ACLS certification (preferred)
