Aquatic Facility Associate

Position Overview:
Responsible for upholding cleanliness and organization in shared guest spaces and lobby areas. Delivers prompt and friendly service to all visitors.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Core Duties:
Conduct regular walks through assigned areas during shifts; replace dirty towels and service trays, and empty trash bins.
Set up and dismantle pool areas daily.
Remove trash and linens, noting areas requiring immediate attention.
Maintain cleanliness in pool showers, lockers, and restrooms throughout shifts.
Assist Pool Bartenders and Servers as a barback/busser.
Clean all pool areas following prescribed safety and security protocols.
Remove soiled towels and trash from pool areas, transporting them to designated locations and retrieving clean towels.
Report any lost/found items, damages, or merchandise issues to the supervisor or security.
Address guest inquiries and concerns, reporting issues in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Work schedules may vary based on operational needs.
Employ various communication techniques tailored to each situation. Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels.
