Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the community and its surroundings through various tasks.
- Ensure the exterior of the building is well-kept; manage waste disposal and cleanliness of trash containers.
- Clean and arrange outdoor furniture, restoring these areas at the end of each day.
- Prepare common areas for events and activities, ensuring they are reset after use.
- Conduct resident checks in Independent Living as necessary.
- Sort, log, and deliver packages for residents efficiently.
- Transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replace light bulbs as needed.
- Assist in maintaining outdoor grounds and parking facilities, including litter collection and keeping pathways clear.
- Deliver messages and transport small tools or equipment between departments.
- Support the Maintenance Director with various maintenance tasks as required.
- Help in setting up and cleaning special event spaces.
