Job Responsibilities:

The following duties are essential to the role, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary:

  • Maintain cleanliness and shine of lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
  • Ensure rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, scrubbing, finishing, and polishing.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Wash windows, door panels, and sills for a clear view.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays regularly.
  • Transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • No prior experience or training is necessary.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing basic correspondence and effectively presenting information in small group settings.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
