Job Summary

The Medical Oncology Care Manager at Rush MD Anderson Cancer Center is responsible for navigating patients through their cancer journey, providing personalized care, and ensuring seamless transitions between treatments. **Key Responsibilities:**
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Coordinating appointments, surgeries, laboratory testing, and radiographic exams
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure timely access to treatment and equal access to healthcare resources
• Participating in quality metric initiatives and contributing to evidence-based practices
