Position Overview:

Role:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the lodging program and ensuring accountability for operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the lodging program and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle lodging payment and billing processes efficiently.
  • Review and process various forms and applications.
  • Promote the lodging program to the public and coordinate outreach efforts.
  • Provide guidance to senior management regarding the lodging program.
  • Clarify policies and procedures related to the lodging program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

The starting hourly pay rate is $17.498.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant coursework, training, or experience in areas such as research, presentation, publication, business administration, accounting, customer service, or technical support. Proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management is essential.

Additional Requirements:
A background check is mandatory. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance is necessary.
