Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of analysts in monitoring and analyzing real-time data to identify patterns and predict potential failures.
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures to streamline event management and reporting, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to refine analytics models and improve predictive capabilities.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including utility companies, to address grid performance issues and implement best practices.
- 5-10 years of experience in real-time operations, data analytics, or grid management activities.
- Demonstrated abilities in coaching teams, developing operational strategies, and optimizing workflows.
- Technical proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Flexible hours / hybrid schedule for those in the Bay Area.
