Electrical Engineer for Grid Connection Process

Job Purpose

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the grid connection process with optimal cost and delay consideration.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, ensuring all electrical feasibility studies of the power plants for the MV internal network included in the electrical substation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the strategy and follow-up of the grid connection process
  • Ensure all electrical feasibility studies of the power plants for the MV internal network
  • Develop strong relationships with system operators and participate in professional union work-groups
  • Lead electrical studies done by subcontractors or the electrical engineering department
  • Manage project documentation and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Holder of an electrical engineering degree or other applicable university qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer in large scale Wind and/or PV Projects
  • Passion for renewable energy industry
  • Adaptable to changing conditions
  • Ability to communicate with various stakeholders
