Job Title: Sales Engineer Intern

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Support the USA sales team and customers as a trusted advisor, maintaining our reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize strong teamwork skills and a diligent work ethic to work efficiently and intelligently.
  3. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities as they arise during installation and/or maintenance schedules.
  4. Collect relevant information during in-person and virtual meetings with customers to ensure we address their needs and offer the best possible solutions.
  5. Quote customers in a timely manner, utilizing technical expertise to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
  6. Travel 50-75% to meet with customers and prospects, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey our value proposition.
  7. Work evenings and weekends as required to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in Spanish, German, and Chinese is a plus, enabling us to effectively communicate with a broader customer base.
Requirements:
  1. College graduate with a focus on mechanical engineering and bioprocess skills.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales or technical role.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Strong work ethics, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Authorization:
  1. All applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
  2. Salary range information is only available to California candidates, with compensation varying based on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
  3. Passport required for technical training in China and/or Germany.
